Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through https://olivexen.com/ (“Olivexen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website is owned and operated by Shaanxi Xinghe Encan Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with the applicable product information and policies presented before purchase.

1. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, features, and availability accurately. Screens and display settings may cause colors to appear differently. Please review the product page and selected options carefully before ordering. If a product page contains a material error, we will take reasonable steps to address it and, where appropriate, contact affected customers.

2. Prices, Currency, and Charges

Prices and the currency used for your order are shown on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed before you submit payment where they can be calculated. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If payment has already been taken for an order affected by a material error, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution.

3. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched. We may need to review an order for payment authorization, availability, address accuracy, fraud prevention, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange a cancellation and refund for any amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed using a payment method offered at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount displayed for your order. Do not send full payment card details or account passwords to our support email. Orders may not be released for processing until payment authorization or confirmation is complete.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to correct an address, change an item, or cancel an order, contact service@olivexen.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request before fulfillment progresses, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or dispatch. If an order has shipped, the Return Policy may apply.

6. Processing and Delivery

Orders may take up to 7 business days to process. The estimated delivery period is 4–7 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Please read our Shipping Policy for destination restrictions, shipping charges, tracking, delays, and delivery support.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 180 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility and review process in our Return Policy. Return shipping costs will be discussed and agreed according to the reason for return and the circumstances. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and completion of any required return inspection, subject to the payment provider’s posting time.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may have separate eligibility rules, expiration dates, product restrictions, or usage limits. Any applicable conditions will be presented with the promotion. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders or combined with other offers.

9. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, contact service@olivexen.com with your order number and supporting information. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can review the order and explain the transaction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.

11. Consumer Rights

These Terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted. Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, it will take precedence over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.
